“Win/Win is an attitude, not an outcome” — Don Boyd
The goal of resolving conflict in a relationship is NOT victory or defeat; it is about reaching an understanding and an agreement that will allow parents to continue to co-parent. Mediation will provide the platform for individuals to work together to make informed decisions through respectful, and non-adversarial methods. Your mediator will help lead you to mutually acceptable and sustainable solutions while remaining neutral, confidential and avoid the high-conflict/high-cost of the court room.
